Mihir Kumar Training Coordinator

Mihir is a first-year medical student at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and serves as SOOTHE‘s Training Coordinator. Through SOOTHE, Mihir hopes to provide patients with companionship during their hospital stays to ease their anxieties and to work towards instilling further trust in the healthcare system. Mihir grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and graduated from the University of Southern California in 2022 with degrees in Human Biology and Economics. In his free time, Mihir enjoys exploring new restaurants, playing chess, weightlifting, and making a wide variety of desserts with friends.
